Amador M. Castillo died on March 19, 2020 at the age of 87. He was born on April 1, 1932 to Amador Castillo Ovalle and Mercedes Mejilla.
He is preceded in death by his parents, sons Ruben Castillo and Oscar Castillo (Paola).
Castillo is survived by his wife Martha I. Castillo, children Juan (Marina) Castillo, Amalia (Constatino) Carranza, Ernesto Castillo (Rocio Bautista), Yolanda (Jorge) Jimenez, Mario Castillo (Leticia Davila), Amador F. (Yvonne) Castillo, Martha Castillo (Oscar) and Arturo Castillo, siblings Ramon Castillo, Carmella Castillo and Juanita Lopez. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 24 at Peters Funeral Home from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Services were held on Tuesday, March 24 at Peters Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. Interment followed at the Cotulla Southwest Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Peters Funeral Home, Cotulla.
