Constance I. Neighbors, 72 of Uvalde, died on June 15, 2020. She was born on August 11, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, to David and Irene Crownover.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Neighbors is survived by her husband Clayton Wesley Neighbors Sr., children Clayton Wesley Neighbors II (Ninfa), Jennifer Fox (Jim), grandchildren Jasmine Fox (Dominick Clark), Arianna Dallaire, Clayton Wesley Neighbors III and Rubi Martine Neighbors. She is also survived by her siblings Larry D. Crownover (Sue), Margo Plachetka (Bruce), Michael Crownover (Gloria), and numerous nieces and nephews.
