Rafael Guillermo Moreno Herrera, 74 of Dilley died on July 12, 2020. He was born on February 10, 1946 in Monterrey, Mexico to Rafael Herrera Sr. and Alicia Moreno Herrera.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Rafael is survived by his wife Elodia Longoria Herrera of Dilley, stepchildren, Teri Brado (Benjamin), Diane Sarno (Victor), Maria Linda Tijerina (Jesse Benavides) and Antonio San Miguel, siblings Sylvia Herrera Ramirez, Mariano Herrera, Saul Herrera, Rosalva H. Moreno and Antonio Herrera, all of Monterrey, Mexico. He is also survived by 24 step grandchildren, 23 step great-grandchildren nieces and nephews.
