Karina Nicole DeLaRosa, 18, died on October 4, 2020, in Dallas. She was born on July 3, 2002, in McAllen to parents Joe DeLaRosa and Mary Alice Anzaldua Urrea.
Karina is survived by her mother and step-father Mary Alice and J.R. Urrea of Pearsall, her father Joe DeLaRosa and stepmother Amanda Villa of Weslaco, siblings Joseph DeLaRosa, Jonathan Landon DeLaRosa, Dominick Joey DeLaRosa, Trey Urrea, Ace Urrea, Audrey DeLaRosa, Valerie DeLaRosa, Jenna Urrea and Mariana Urrea, grandparents Minerva and Erasmo Anzaldua and Jose and Cornelia DeLaRosa and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Public viewing was held at Hurley Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, October 7. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 8 in the First Baptist Church, Pearsall. Interment followed in the Highland Memorial Park, Weslaco at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 9.
