County arrests

Frio County: 33 cuffed, Sept. 29 – Oct. 11

Thirty-three individuals were arrested in Frio County between Tuesday, September 29, and Sunday, October 11, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.
In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:
Reynaldo Ramirez, 33, arrested Tuesday, September 29, 4:02 a.m., warrant, service out of jurisdiction.
Ramon Xavier Rodriguez, 22, of Dilley, arrested Tuesday, September 29, 7:53 p.m., fail to appear.
Luis Jose Aguilar, 34, of Pearsall, arrested Wednesday, September 30, 1:04 a.m., indictment-assault on a family/household member impeding breath/circulation; indictment-assault on a family/household member, previous; conv IAT.
Jasmine Dominique Godoy, 24, of Pearsall, arrested Wednesday, September 30, 8:15 a.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Roque Ramirez, 30, of Dilley, arrested Wednesday, September 30, 3:45 p.m., failure to appear-terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury; failure to appear, criminal trespass.
Jose Alfredo Peralta, 34, of Pearsall, arrested Wednesday, September 30, 9:40 p.m., possession of a controlled substance; warrant-failure to appear/duty on striking fixture/Hwy landscape, more than $200; warrant-failure to appear, driving while intoxicated.
Mario Berrelez, 45, of Pearsall, arrested Wednesday, September 30, 9:55 p.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member; driving while intoxicated.
Eric Morales, 36, of Pearsall, Wednesday, September 30, 10:29 p.m., reckless driving; unlawfully carrying weapon.
Victor Louis Fernandez, 28, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, October 1, 8:33 a.m., warrant-evading arrest or detention.
Luciano Morales, 49, Pearsall, arrested Thursday, October 1, 12:06 p.m., failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance; criminal trespass.
Brittney Nichole Pichardo, 29, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, October 1, 1:00 p.m., indictment-forgery financial instrument, more than $750, less than $2,500; enhanced if at trial.
Ignacio Antonio Juarez, 24, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, October 1, 2:03 p.m., evading arrest or detention; failure to appear-theft of property.

La Salle County: 14 arrested, Oct. 5-18

Fourteen individuals were arrested in La Salle County over the past two weeks on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by the La Salle County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and the Encinal Police Department.
Those taken into custody between Monday, October 5, and Sunday, Oct. 18, in addition to those being held on behalf of other jurisdictions, with arrest times logged at booking in the La Salle County Jail, were as follows:
Micaela Michelle Lara, 29, of Laredo; arrested 7:07 p.m. Monday, Oct. 5, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in La Salle District Court for state jail felony probation violation; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Francisco Monroy Herrera, 45, of Cotulla; arrested 12:16 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, by the Texas DPS; second-degree felony possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Steven Brian Enriquez, 18, of San Antonio; arrested 12:16 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 6, by the Texas DPS; second-degree felony possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Nestor Amador Garcia, 34, of Heflin, Alabama; arrested 9:50 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9, by the Encinal PD; state jail felony evading arrest with a motor vehicle, Class A misdemeanor evading arrest; held for US Border Patrol and US Customs Enforcement; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Stevan Price Saunders, 39, of Cotulla; arrested 6:25 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in La Salle County for theft of property up to $2,500 in value; released on bond after two days, 20 hours.
John Brian Molina, 34, of Cotulla; arrested 9:02 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class A misdemeanor evading arrest or detention, warrant issued in La Salle District Court for failure to appear in court on a charge of credit or debit card abuse; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Froylan Hernandez Jr., 30, of Gardendale; arrested 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, by the Texas DPS; warrant issued in La Salle District court for failure to appear in court on a charge of cocaine possession, warrant issued in La Salle County for state jail felony probation violation, warrant issued in La Salle District Court for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Eric Scott Sierra, 42, of Cotulla; arrested 8:25 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13, by the Sheriff’s Office; first-degree felony aggravated assault on a public servant (two counts), third-degree felony aggravated assault on a public servant, third-degree felony assault on a public servant, Class A misdemeanor deadly conduct, Class A misdemeanor evading arrest or detention; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Bernardo Maldonado, 33, of Cotulla; arrested 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in La Salle District Court for failure to appear in court on a charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1; released on bond after four hours.
Andrew Sanchez, 37, of San Antonio; arrested 10:13 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 15, by the Sheriff’s Office; second-degree felony possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, third-degree felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, Class A misdemeanor family violence assault causing bodily injury; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Antonio Ramirez, 31, of Cotulla; arrested 4:37 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class A misdemeanor family violence assault causing bodily injury, Class A misdemeanor deadly conduct, Class A misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury; released on bond after 11 hours.
Sammy David Santos, 54, of Cotulla; arrested 11:25 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, by the Texas DPS; Class A misdemeanor driving while intoxicated – second offense, Class A misdemeanor terroristic threat against a public servant; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Raul Rolando Ramirez Jr., 40, of Gardendale; arrested 3:41 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in La Salle County Court for possession of marijuana; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
Angel Aguilar Villa, 35, of Pasadena, Texas; arrested 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, by the Texas DPS; Class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated; remained in jail as of Monday, Oct. 19.
