Guadalupe Peralta Ventura, 77, of Pearsall, died on January 23, 2021 in San Antonio. She was born on December 23, 1943 in Pearsall to Valentine Peralta and Francisca Garcia Peralta.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Jesus B. Ventura, siblings Consuelo Peralta, Teresa Leal, Antonio “Boy” Peralta, Manuel Peralta and great grandson Devin Davien Telles.

She is survived by her children Grace P. Lopez of San Angelo, Leticia V. Cuevas (Andres), Ann Marie Stone (Abel Adame), Jesus Ventura Jr. (Linda), siblings Maria Feliz Leal, Valentin Peralta Jr., Rachel Adame of Austin, Elda Chavera, Lucy Chavera, Juan Peralta and Olga Hernandez of Cicero. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers included Leo Lopez Jr., Jeremy Lopez, Daniel and David Telles, Andy Cuevas III, Joshua and Rene Joel Rodriguez, Joe Anthony Stone, Jesse Ventura III and Jon Andrew Ventura.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 30 at 8 a.m. Rosary was recited at 9 a.m. followed by a mass at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment followed at the Frio County Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels.
