Juan Ibarra Sauceda Jr., 69, of Pearsall, died on March 9, 2021. He was born on May 14, 1951 in D’Hanis to Juan Sauceda Sr. and Victoria Ibarra Sauceda.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Domingo Sauceda, son-in-law Moises Gonzales, and nephew Domingo Sauceda Jr.

Juan is survived by his wife Arlene Frances Sauceda, daughters Debra L. Gonzales, Denise Medrano (Camilo), Victoria Sanchez (Mark), son William Sauceda (Aeisha), brother Victor Sauceda (Angelita), sister Matilda Jane Gonzales, grandsons Camilo Medrano IV, Moses Gonzalez Jr., Jacob Issac Medrano, Jabez Sanchez and William Sauceda Jr., granddaughters Nicole Sauceda, Isabella Arlene Medrano, Sierra Wilson Sauceda, Rebekah Gonzales and Marcelina Sanchez, great-granddaughter Aria Bliss Carrizales. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers included Nicole Sauceda, Camilo Medrano IV, Moses Gonzales Jr., Isabella Arlene Medrano, Sierra Wilson Sauceda and Rebekah Gonzales.

Visitation was held on Sunday, March 14 at Tabernacle of Faith Church from 5 to 9 p.m. with a prayer service held at 7 p.m. Funeral service was held on Monday, March 15 at Tabernacle of Faith Church at 10 a.m. Interment followed at the Pearsall Cemetery.
