THE LITTLE CRAFTY THING
You’ve already been reminded that school is no longer out for summer… so let me share a simple craft to help you display all the fun artwork and good grades the kids will be bringing home! Well, that and all the fundraisers!
Pretty Pins for Displaying Projects
– Wooden Clothes Pins (at least 6 to do the project justice)
– Colorful duct tape or washi tape, as many designs as you want
– Magnetic tape, or another thin craft magnet, preferably with peel and stick backing
Start with your tape, and apply it to one side of a clothespin, making sure to cover all the wood parts. Trim the edges of the tape so that none hangs over the sides. Don’t be afraid to layer your tape to make interesting designs or color combinations!
Next, turn your pin over. Measure out or trim to fit and attach a strip of magnet.
Now, you’re done! Take your pins to the fridge and arrange them to your liking, and prepare to enjoy displaying!
