Everybody loves tacos, right? So make tacos into taco soup, and enjoy comfort food with a twist. Don’t be afraid to add some cheese or sour cream to this recipe… either option could be the ticket to take this dish from good to great.

2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (2 for more flavor)
1 pkg. Hidden Valley dressing mix (dry)
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can hominy, drained
Brown hamburger meat with onion and bell pepper. Add all ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
