Frio County deputies arrested a Pearsall man on narcotics charges Christmas evening after several calls made to the emergency dispatch regarding the man’s allegedly erratic behavior.
Deputies say that when they arrived at the home on County Road 1001, commonly known as Nolan Road on the northwest side of town, they found 50-year-old Luciano Morales yelling.
Emergency dispatchers confirmed Morales had an active arrest warrant; deputies discovered marijuana and methamphetamine inside Morales’ pants pockets after handcuffing him.
Morales was transported to the Frio County Jail without further incident and faces a felony charge for possession of the methamphetamine.
