Luis Alberto Salazar, 35, of Pearsall, died on January 17, 2022. He was born on April 30, 1986 in San Marcos to Juventino Salazar and Celia Esquivel.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law Antonio Rios Sr.

Luis is survived by his wife Cristina Rios Salazar, children Isaac Ramos, Iliza Salazar, Louis Salazar and Jordan Salazar, father Juventino Salazar (Maria Guadalupe Rodriguez), siblings Roseanna Salazar, Juventino Salazar Jr., Kiara Salazar, Angie Salazar, Samantha Salazar, Priscilla Salazar (Alexander Valladares) and Eliut Salazar. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers included Isaac Ramos, Jordan Salazar, Louis Salazar, Juventino Salazar Jr., Lee Roy Martinez, Eluit Salazar, Juan Rios and Juventino Salazar Sr.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 22 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel in Pearsall at 8 a.m. A prayer service was held at 2 p.m. Interment followed at the Pearsall Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel, Pearsall.
