Three members of the Cotulla Garden Club attended the annual district meeting in San Antonio on Tuesday, March 29.
The club was recongnized for membership growth and active participation in the Penny for Pines Project. The club contributed five of the 65 total plantations started within the club district. All three members also came away with some new ideas and thoughts for the club to utilize in the community and surrounding areas.
Anyone considering club membership, are encouraged to see a club member or reach out via the Cotulla Garden Club Facebook page.
Garden Club news and events will be updated there along with the occasional have mini raffle on Facebook to raise money for annual scholarships awarded to CHS seniors.
