Serving up quality

Students in the Pearsall Junior High School Texas ACE Program Culinary Club presented a charcuterie board to PISD board members in a display of their creativity with a master chef and chef presentation on Wednesday, March 30. Club members include eighth grade Master Chef Julian Lopez, eighth grader Diego Corona, seventh grader Michael Aguilar, sixth grader Elizabeth Hernandez, Andrew Menchaca and Gilbert Alcorta, both in eighth grade, sixth grader Estrella Villarreal, seventh grader Nataly Quezada and eighth grader Neveah Quezada.
