2022 PHS SPRING SPORTS BANQUET
Following a successful sports season in which teams captured five district championships and made multiple playoff appearances, Pearsall coaches celebrated a year of achievements by its athletes during the annual Spring Sports Banquet on Monday, May 16 at the PHS cafeteria.

2022 Maverick & Lady Mav Award Winners
Sebastian Talamantes & Karlina Rodriguez
Sebastian Talamantes and Karlina Rodriguez were awarded the Maverick and Lady Maverick honors, awarded to student-athletes that exemplify the qualities of being a Maverick or Lady Mav at PHS.
Maverick Club scholarship recipients included Talamantes, Rodriguez, Janel Luna, Nicholas Martinez, Destiny Sanchez, Kaitlyn Gandara, Saynika Weaver, Christian Mendez and Izayah Ramirez.
The Maverick Club is the volunteer athletic booster organization that raises funds for the high school and junior high athletes and coaches.
Following a barbecue dinner, award winners were named for each sport.
