The Woman’s Club of Cotulla installed its 2022-24 officers during the last meeting of the 2021-22 year on Thursday, May 5 by the incoming (2022-24) GFWC Texas President Billie Williams. New officers include: President Stephanie Crisp-Canales, First Vice-President Elizabeth Martinez, Second Vice President Venecia Arche, Recording Secretary Minerva Rios, Corresponding Secretary Esmeralda Gonzalez, Treasurer Marcena Martinez and Parliamentary Advisor Louisa Franklin.
