Theodora “Beca” Martinez Medina, 98, died on May 28, 2022 in Pearsall. She was born July 19, 1923 in Pearsall to parents Romaldo and Virginia Martinez.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 45 years Trinidad Medina Sr., daughters Adelina Medina and Virginia Olivarez, sisters Juanita Martinez, Josepha Valdez and Teresa Perez.

Theodora is survived by her son Trinidad Medina Jr., daughters Alicia Long and Grace Medina, nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was Thursday, June 2 from 2 to 9 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7 p.m. at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel. Mass was celebrated Friday, June 3 at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Pearsall. Interment followed in the Catholic West Cemetery.
