George V. Carrizales

George V. Carrizales, 87, died on Thursday, June 30, 2022 in San Antonio. He was born on April 23, 1935 to  Jose Angel and Ascencion V.Carrizales.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Alfredo V. Carrizales and sister Corina Rodriguez.

George is survived by his wife Nereida M. Carrizales, children George L. Carrizales (Frances), Esmeralda Carrizales and stepchildren Concepcion Melendez Jr., Steven Melendez (Angelina) and Elizabeth (Liz) Melendez. He is also survived by his sisters Carmela (Frank) Borjas and Rosita (Rose) Lozano of San Antonio and brothers  Adialberto and Rodolfo (Rudy) Carrizales of Pearsall.

Papo, as he was known by some of his grandchildren, is survived by Jeremy, Lionel, Valerie, Stephanie, Calvin, Steven, Joshua, Monica and Crystal and great-grandchildren Isaac Michael, Michael David, Brooklyn, Maxwell, Roman, Trey, Kennedy, Timothy (Prince), Mateo (California) and Myah, Dominick and Kennedy (Florida) and several nieces and nephews.
