Apple Pie, provided by Rose Ann (Zaruba) Bland

Pie:
5 Delicious apples, chopped
2 T. water
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1 unbaked pie shell
Mix together chopped apples, water, sugar, flour, and cinnamon until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cut butter into pats and place on top of fruit. Use whole stick of butter. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350°. May substitute apples with 2 large can peaches (drained) or 2 cans water pitted cherries.
Streusel:
3 T. flour
3 T. sugar
1 – 1 ½ pats butter
Mix together with hands to make crumbles to put on top of pie.
