Juan Noe “Neke” Ramirez, 70, of Pearsall, died on August 19, 2022, in San Antonio. He was born on January 7, 1952 in Pearsall to Francisco Ramirez and Julia Rocha Ramirez.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Juana Rosa Ramirez, mom Elida Ramirez and sister Gracie “Lula” R. Hernandez.

Juan is survived by his children Julie Teresa Ramirez and Augustine Cantu (Shelly), grandchildren Star Rodriguez, Isaac Rodriguez, Isaac, Mason Cantu, Austin Cantu and Niki Cantu, siblings Goyo Ramirez (Maria), Frank “Pancho” Ramirez (Etsella), Jerry Ramirez (Tracy), Desi Ramirez (Elvia), Hugo Ramirez, Ina Chavera (Oscar) and Ida Marquez (Chris), sister-in-laws Cilda Ramirez, brothers-in-laws Johnny Hernandez and Hilario Ramirez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers include Isaac Rodriguez, Randy Ramirez, Jerry Carabajal, Chris Marquez, Franky Ramirez, Sonny Chavera, Desi Ramirez and Roland Flores.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 26 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapel in Pearsall from 3 to 9 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, August 27 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the Frio County Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels, Pearsall.
