COUNTY ARRESTS

Fifty-nine individuals were arrested in Frio County between Sunday, November 20, and Saturday, December 17, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.

Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.

In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:

Pablo Fuentes Jr., 43, of San Antonio, arrested November 20, 2:26 a.m., interfere with public duties; attempt to take weapon from officer; resist arrest search or transport.

Johnnie E. Martin, 24, of Austin, arrested November 20, 12:53 p.m., warrant – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Tomas Navarro, 45, of Pearsall, arrested November 22, 12:45 p.m., theft of property.

Earl Philip Jameson, 45, of Caney, arrested November 22, 2:48 p.m., theft of property.

Charles McCarthy, 66, of Corpus Christi, arrested November 22, 8:59 p.m., three counts- smuggling of persons.

Tanya Martinez, 33, of Pearsall, arrested November 24, 10:56 p.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Jessica Melinda Martinez, 30, of Pearsall, arrested November 25, 1:36 a.m., three counts- assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Justine Yglesias, 20, of Devine, arrested November 25, 2:17 a.m., warrant – liquor violation class C.

Jose Ochoa, 29, of Pearsall, arrested November 25, 2:58 a.m., driving while intoxicated.

James Thomas Wilkinson, 39, of Dilley, arrested November 25, 9:37 p.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Lupe Martinez III, 29, of Pearsall, arrested November 26, 12:22 a.m., smuggling of persons.

James Cuevas, 33, of Pearsall, arrested November 26, 1:12 a.m., smuggling of persons.

Kevin Gonzalez, 25, of Cotulla, arrested November 26, 11:16 a.m., two counts – resisting arrest, search or transport; evading arrest or detention, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, criminal mischief.

Leroy Medina, 33, of Crystal City, arrested November 26, 6:43 p.m., five counts – smuggling of persons.

Eulogio Ramirez Jr., 44, of Pearsall, arrested November 27, 12:46 a.m., two counts- driving while intoxicated 3^rd or more.

Fidel Enrique Velasquez, 38, of Devine, arrested November 27, 2:16 a.m., driving while intoxicated 3^rd or more.

Kevin Oliver, 35, of Dallas, arrested November 27, 11:50 p.m., nine counts – smuggling of persons: pecuniary benefit.

Jose Enrique Garcia Salas, 34, of Poteet, arrested November 30, 6:04 a.m., theft of a firearm.

Ivan Mikhi Delgado, 21, of Pearsall, arrested November 30, 11:23 a.m., possession of marijuana.

Melissa Castillo, 46, of Devine, arrested November 30, 11:30 p.m., driving while intoxicated.

Lupe Martinez III, 29, of Pearsall, arrested December 1, 3:33 a.m., liquor violation class C.

Rosa Rivera, 17, of Pearsall, arrested December 1, 12:41 p.m., possession of marijuana.

Raul Alaquinez, 41, of Somerset, arrested December 2, 7:08 p.m., theft of property.

Robert G. Serrano, 21,of Pearsall, arrested December 3, 4:32 p.m., two counts – possession marijuana; evading arrest detention with vehicle; possession controlled substance.

David Bentura Talamantes, 42, of Pearsall, arrested December 4, 5:48 a.m., Oklahoma state warrant, interfere with emergency for assistance, burglary of habitation, resist arrest search or transport, unlawful restraint.

Rickie Luna, 38, of Pearsall arrested December 5, 8:40 a.m., assault date/family/house  w/weapon.

Michelle Marie Mendez, 27, of Pearsall, arrested December 5, 2:48 p.m., assault causes bodily injury family member, criminal trespass.

Felicia Marie Martinez, 29, of Pearsall, arrested December 7, 12:29 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.

Jayden Trevino, 21, of Pearsall, arrested December 7, 12:29 p.m., two counts- possession of a controlled substance.

Zach Correra, 21, of Pearsall, arrested December 7, 1:50 a.m., Bexar County warrant – burglary of vehicles.

Eric Lizaola Munoz, 23, of Houston, arrested December 7, 2:15 a.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

La Perrion Fuller, 19, of Houston, arrested December 7, 7:14 a.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Eric Paredes, 23, of Argyle, arrested December 8, 3:10 p.m., warrant – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Valerie Nicole Maldonado, 37, of Pearsall, arrested December 9, 1:46 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.

Miguel Gonzales, 40, of Pearsall, arrested December 10, 1:30 a.m., driving while intoxicated.

Lisa Marie Ponce, 22, of Pearsall, arrested December 10, 2:27 a.m., possession of a controlled substance; warrant – petition of revocation of community supervision, possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; criminal mischief; terroristic threat against a peace officer/judge.

Vanessa Diaz, 31, of Galveston, arrested December 10, 7:43 a.m., possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance.

Freddy Rodriguez, 33, of San Antonio, arrested December 10, 9:57 a.m., three counts – kidnapping; unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Fay Raymond Hall Jr., 57, of San Antonio, arrested December 10, 3:27 p.m., public intoxication.

Elias Herrera, 20, of San Antonio, arrested December 11, 1:21 a.m., driving while intoxicated.

Claudia Garcia, 35, of Dilley, arrested December 11, 2:04 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.

Joey Valenzuela, 40, of Overton, Texas, arrested December 11, 6:16 a.m., possession of marijuana; manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance; unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Michael Carrillo, 34, of Pearsall, arrested December 12, 9:39 a.m., violating a protective order with bias/prejudice.

Jason Torres, 40, of Dilley, arrested December 12, 3:48 p.m., failure to appear – possession of marijuana.

Junior Nash, 21, of Pearsall, arrested December 12, 8:44 p.m., five counts – smuggling of persons.

Joe Longoria, 52, of Pearsall, arrested December 13, 11:35 a.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Jose Delgado, 50, of San Antonio, arrested December 13, 9:00 p.m., criminal mischief.

Jose Castelan, 25, of Austin, arrested December 14, 11:02 a.m., possession of a controlled substance; four counts – smuggling of persons; resisting arrest, search or transport; evading arrest or detention.

Leovardo Jaramillo, 19, no address listed, arrested December 142, 11:05 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.

Diamond Iesha Danielle Mitchell, 26, of Missouri City, Texas, arrested December 14, 3:12 p.m., five counts – smuggling of persons.

Lauren Alaniz, 20, of Pearsall, arrested December 15, 10:31 a.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Luciano Morales, 51, of Pearsall, arrested December 15, 1:01 p.m., possession of a controlled substance.

Becky Ann Tippen, 47, of Moore, arrested December 15, 7:21 p.m., fleeing a police officer; interfering with public duties; Hays County warrant – interfering with public duties.

Mario Berrelez Jr., 47, of Pearsall, arrested December 16, 3:01 a.m., driving while intoxicated, second.

Ricardo Cantu, 55, of Pearsall, arrested December 16, 8:01 p.m., criminal trespass; criminal trespass of a habitation/shelter/superfund/infrastructure.

Michael Rey Miller, 44, of Killeen, arrested December 17, 11:59 p.m., four counts – smuggling of persons.
