The Pearsall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been recognized as one of the best nursing homes in the country in Newsweek’s Best Nursing Homes 2023 list.
The award is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.
“We are honored to be acknowledged with this award,” Pearsall Administrator Javier Chagoya, LNFA said. “It is a tribute to all the hard work and dedication the team members have towards our patients and residents.
“We truly appreciate their ongoing efforts and commitment to enhancing the lives of our patients, residents, and their families. In addition, we are humbled by the ongoing support and encouragement of our community throughout the years, and we look forward to serving your loved ones.”
The awards list was announced on September 28 and can currently be viewed on Newsweek’s website.
The Best Nursing Homes 2023 ranking lists the best nursing homes in the 25 states with the highest number of facilities according to The United States Census Bureau. The states include Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
The list evaluates the best nursing homes according to key performance data, peer recommendations, accreditation, and the response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Pearsall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has served the Pearsall community since 2010.
