Dorian Aranda
Dorian Aranda won a pair of bronze medals and narrowly missed on a state qualifying berth following Class 2A Regional track and field action in Seguin on April 29.
Aranda was third in the long jump and triple jump and also finished fourth overall in both the 100m and 200m events. He was seventh with the mile relay team in his fifth and final event.
The Lady Wolves’ Janae Galindo also earned a bronze, finishing third in the shot put for Dilley.
Aranda was a district and area champion in all five events going into the regional competition.
