89 jailed in Frio, April 18 – May 21

COUNTY ARRESTS

Eighty-nine individuals were arrested in Frio County between Tuesday, April 18, and Sunday, May 21, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.
In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:
Carlos Barrera, 32, of Dilley, arrested April 18, 6:35 p.m., theft of service.
Lissette Cuevas, 19, of San Antonio, arrested April 18, 10:06 a.m., 5 counts – smuggling of persons.
Marco Antonio Gomez, 29, of Laredo, arrested April 18, 3:43 p.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Jose Elias Hernandez- Lopez, 37, of Dallas, arrested April 17, 8:36 p.m., possession of a controlled substance, evading arrest/detention.
Jonny Chavera Bazan, 31, of Pearsall, arrested April 17, 5:20 p.m., criminal mischief.
Adan Garcia, 26, of Pearsall, arrested April 18, 3:17 p.m., interfering with emergency request for assistance, violation of bond/protective order, aggravated assault on a date/family or household member with a weapon.
Ray Gutierrez, 32, of Donna, arrested April 19, 4:54 a.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
David Chavera Jr., 47, of Pearsall, arrested April 19, 2:06 p.m., resisting arrest, search or transport, 2 – counts theft, Class C, possession of a controlled substance, attempt to take a weapon from an officer, theft of property, criminal trespass.
Austin Berkley-Dickey, 26, of Richman, arrested April 20, 5:24 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.

Jonathan Daniele Guerra, 34, of Pearsall, arrested April 24, 2:04 a.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member, tampering with identification numbers, assault on a peace officer/judge, 2 counts – evading arrest or detention, 2 counts – resisting arrest, search or transport, prohibited weapon.
Walter Rodriguez, 29, of Houston, arrested April 24, 7:39 a.m., 4 counts – smuggling of persons/fleeing, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
