Javier Salas Aguero Chacon, 80, died on March 4, 2023. He was born on December 3, 1942 in Goldfinch, Texas to Secundino ” Cundo” Aguero Chacon and Trinidad Salas Chacon. He is preceded in death by his parents, cousin Frank Aguero of Pearsall and sister-in-law Paula Chacon of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Javier is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sharon Ann Malone Chacon, children from a previous marriage Larry, Javier Jr. and Bobby Chacon, all of California Along with his grandchildren and daughters-in-law. He is also survived by his brother Alvino Chacon of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mine Chacon and wife Esther Chacon of Pearsall, sister Juanita Chacon Pena and husband Senon Villarreal Santos and Johnny Ventura of Pearsall and Carmela and Diana and numerous nieces and nephews. Javier enjoyed road trips to Oregon visit family and friends. His many stops in life included in California and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Following his cremation, Javier was laid to rest in Texas.
