Blueberry Torte
There was a time in my life when I didn’t enjoy blueberries… or many blueberry-flavored items. I’m grateful that my tastes changed because now I appreciate it appropriately when I find an old, simple, and fun recipe.
From 2nd Edition Westphalia Cooking by the Altar Society of Visitation Parish, 1986

2 c. graham crackers
¼ c. sugar
1 stick margarine
Combine the preceding for crust and press into a 13×9 inch pan.
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
½ c. sugar
Mix together and spread on crust; chill. Then top with one can blueberry pie filling and top with a large container Cool Whip.
