The city of Pearsall and Security State Bank of South Texas will host a Small Business Funding Workshop June 29 at the Pearsall Civic Center.
The event, which is slated to begin at 11 a.m., will highlight funding products and services offered by SSB, including state and federal funding opportunities. All businesses in Pearsall and the surrounding communities are invited to participate in the free workshop.
“The city of Pearsall is committed to supporting all businesses in our community through training, education, and awareness of all available public and private sector business development opportunities,” Pearsall City Manager Fred Reyes said. “Special thanks to Security State Bank of South Texas for joining the city by hosting this Small Business Funding Workshop.”
The city of Pearsall will host small business workshops throughout the year through its economic development and government affairs consulting firm, EMC Strategy Group, LLC.
The company is also available to assist small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs with proper state and federal business registration, business development strategies, and business certifications.
