Avocado Fiesta Dip
It’s too hot to be cooking too heavily if you ask me. Give yourself a break and nosh on a nice cool dip today!

1 (1.4oz.) pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 can (4oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 T. lime juice
2 ripe avocados
Stir together soup mix, sour cream, tomatoes, chilies, and lime juice until well blended. Cover and refrigerate at least two hours. Just before serving, mash avocados and add to dip.
