CORRECTION

A typographical error in a headline in last week’s issue of the Frio-Nueces Current led to an incorrect identification of La Salle County Sheriff’s Sgt. Oscar Macias, who recently earned his promotion from the rank of corporal to sergeant.
The headline incorrectly indicated that Macias had been promoted to lieutenant.
The Current regrets the error and any confusion it may have caused.
