Pearsall native saxophonist and vocalist Joe Vic Reyna and his band, Los Kumbacheros, were among the performers at the City Park & Pavilion in Dilley for the community’s annual Independence Day festival on Saturday evening, July 1. The event included greetings and celebratory wishes from the mayor and city council, food and refreshment booths, games, and a fireworks show over the municipal baseball field.
