Larry Waller, 74, died on August 13, 2023. He was born on February 9, 1949 in Memphis, Texas.

He is survived by his wife of 27 years Dianna Waller, brother Gary Waller, sister Onita Quintanilla, daughter Desiree Sneed, son Sam Kinard, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Larry, known as Tophatter, owned and operated Southwest Cycles, specializing in Harley Davidson motorcycles for 22 years. He loved to ride and traveled on his motorcycle to every state, except Hawaii, as well as Eastern and Western Canada. In his earlier years, he competed in black powder shooting, hunting, and racing.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 26 at 10 a.m. at Primrose Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Devine. A reception will immediately follow at his home.
