The LOVE’S Travel Center in Encinal held its grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, August 24. Present for the event were City Administrator David Wright, La Salle County Judge Leodoro Martinez III and other city and county officials, Cotulla Chamber employees and board members, as well as Love’s District Manager Cruz Garza, Manager Guadalupe Gonzalez and employees were also in attendance. The Arby’s restaurant within the store also opened for business on Monday, August 28 and is open 24 hours a day.
