COUNTY ARRESTS

Seventy-one individuals were arrested in Frio County between Tuesday, August 1, and Sunday, September 10, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.
In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:
Rowland Villanueva, 57, of Dilley, arrested August 1, 1:49 p.m., indecency with child, sexual contact.
David Maxwell Olmos, 44, of Pearsall, arrested August 1, 12:28 p.m., burglary of building; criminal trespass.
Seledonio Cruz Arizola, 24, of San Antonio, arrested August 1, 9:04 a.m., 3 counts – abandon, endanger child; reckless criminal negligence, assault causing bodily injury.
Jose David Gauna, 40, of Batesville, arrested August 2, 8:26 p.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Jennifer Montes, 19, of Poteet, arrested August 2, 4:55 p.m., 2 counts – warrant to commitment.
Marty Castillo, 41, of Pearsall, arrested August 3, 1:37 p.m., criminal mischief, resisting arrest, search or transport.
Robert G. Serrano, 22, of Pearsall, arrested August 4, 9:55 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Dario Vasquez Trejo, 58, of Pearsall, arrested August 5, 9:19 a.m., assault causing bodily injury.
Joe Anthony Solis, 47, of Pearsall, arrested August 5, 9:36 a.m., assault causing bodily injury.
Johnny Molina, 43, of Dilley, arrested August 6, 1:46 a.m., violation of bond/protective order.
Joshua Raul Gonzales, 34, of Poteet, arrested August 7, 11:18 a.m., manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.
Feleasha Pesqueda, 34, of Charlotte, arrested August 7, 10:10 p.m., injury to a child, elderly, disabled person with intent to cause bodily injury.
Christian Oliver Alaniz SR, 50, of Sabinal, arrested August 7, 10:33 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Daniel Smythe, 34, of Abilene, arrested August 8, 10:39 a.m., 3 counts – smuggling of persons.
Tristian Jordan Ellis, 18, of Pearsall, arrested August 8, 8:15 p.m., reckless driving; racing on highway.
Ismael Valdez Jr., 39, of San Antonio, arrested August 9, 5:39 p.m., assault against elderly or disabled individual; theft of property.
Alain Perez, 32, of Houston, arrested August 11, 1:23 p.m., smuggling of persons.
Sergio Michael Garza, 51, of Pearsall, arrested August 11, 9:25 p.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member; interfering with emergency request for assistance.
Conrado Perez Cuevas, 26, of Pearsall, arrested August 11, 2:28 p.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Joshua Jeremy Ruel, 29, of Dilley, arrested August 12, 1:22 p.m., possession of marijuana; possession of a controlled substance.
Lisa Flores Moreno, 42, of Pearsall, arrested August 12, 9:40 p.m., harassment of public servant; assault on a peace officer or judge.

Christian Augustin Granado, 26, of Moore, arrested August 13, 7:42 a.m., driving while intoxicated.

Felicia Marie Martinez, 30, of Pearsall, arrested August 15, 1:52 a.m., possession of a controlled substance; hindering the apprehension or prosecution of a known felon; resisting arrest, search or transport.
Kobe David Benavidez, 18, of Dilley, arrested August 15, 2:00 p.m., driving while intoxicated.

Derrick Warren Garris, 35, of Unknown, arrested August 17, 4:39 p.m., fail to identify as a fugitive from justice; criminal trespass, possession of a controlled substance.

Roxanna Coultress-Ramirez, 42, of San Antonio, arrested August 20, 2:12 a.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Kevin Gonzales, 26, of Cotulla, arrested August 21, 7:16 p.m., criminal mischief; 3 counts – possession of a controlled substance; possession of marijuana; resisting arrest, search or transport.
Rose Linda Martinez, 55, of New Braunfels, arrested August 21, 10:01 a.m., warrant – sentenced to rehabilitation.

Homero Villanueva, 43, of Dilley, arrested August 29, 5:11 a.m., driving while intoxicated.
Annette Chavez, 31, of Hondo, arrested August 30, 1:02 p.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Santo Ismael Iscano, 29, of Bigfoot, arrested August 30, 9:47 a.m., driving while intoxicated with a child under the age of 15.
