Ronnie Lee Perez, 39, of Pearsall, died on September 25, 2023. He was born on July 16 1984 in Pearsall to Danny Perez and Yvonne Rodriguez Franklin.

He is preceded in death by maternal grandfather Onesimo Rodriguez and paternal grandparents Jesus and Ramona Perez.

Ronnie is survived by his children Jovaya Benavidez of Jourdanton and Karly Perez of Oklahoma, mother Yvonne Rodriguez Franklin (Joseph), father Danny Perez (Morelsa), siblings Herminia Perez (Jay), Onesimo Perez (Clarissa), Zachary Rodriguez, Zoey Rodriguez, Mistica Perez, James Martinez, Joseph Lee Franklin (Kimberly), Jason Franklin, Jeremy Franklin and Analea Franklin and maternal grandmother Herminia Rodriguez. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 28 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels in Pearsall from 5 to 9 p.m. Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Funeral mass was celebrated on Friday, September 29 at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment was followed at the Pearsall Catholic Cemetery, Westside.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels, Pearsall.
