38 jailed in Frio, April 8 – 21

Thirty-eight individuals were arrested in Frio County between Monday, April 8, and Sunday, April 21, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.
In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:
Brenda Millan, 35, of Tomball, arrested Monday, April 8, 4:11 p.m., four warrants, failure to appear – smuggling of persons.
Anthony Wayne Cooper Jr., 43, of League City, arrested Tuesday, April 9, 5:03 a.m., four counts – smuggling of persons.
Jessica Joyce Shaw, 35, of Ferris, Texas, arrested Tuesday, April 9, 11:44 a.m., bench warrant – unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Jaleesa Dez Rae Charo, 26, of Dilley, arrested Tuesday, April 9, 7:23 p.m., criminal trespass.
Mark Osoria, 34, of Round Rock, arrested Wednesday, April 10, 3:19 a.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Clint Austin Smart, 40, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, April 11, 2:42 a.m., two counts – resisting arrest, search or transport; assault on a peace officer or judge.
Alfredo Trujillo Pruitt, 86, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, April 11, 9:50 a.m., indecency with a child, sexual contact.
Ruben Peralta, 54, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, April 11, 3:14 p.m., warrant – driving while intoxicated.
Fernando Garcia, 19, of Austin, arrested Thursday, April 11, 3:39 p.m., sentenced to intermediate sanction facility – smuggling of persons.
Jose Angel Perez Quesada, 35, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, April 11, 10:45 p.m., public intoxication.
Johnny Ray Frausto, 40, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, April 12, 12:08 a.m., criminal trespass.
Simon Gonzales, 66, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, April 12, 2:20 a.m., criminal trespass.
Nayomee Blaza Gonzalez, 32, of Dilley, arrested Friday, April 12, 3:33 a.m., assault causing bodily injury.
Rocky Hernandez, 42, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, April 12, 12:09 p.m., Mathis County – burglary of a habitation.
Olivia Lorraine Medina, 32, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, April 12, 11:27 p.m., driving while intoxicated.
Erick Rodriguez, 22, of Georgetown, arrested Saturday, April 13, 11:07 a.m., two counts – smuggling of persons with a firearm; unlawfully carrying a weapon.
Veronica Hernandez, 39, of Pearsall, arrested Saturday, April 13, 5:26 p.m., hindering apprehension or prosecution; assault on a peace officer/judge.
Tina Nicole Vela, 26, of Pearsall, arrested Saturday, April 13, 10:16 p.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Maeghan Ann Luna, 20, of Cotulla, arrested Sunday, April 14, 2:15 p.m., warrant – assault causing bodily injury.
Pedro Hernandez, 26, of San Antonio, arrested Monday, April 15, 1:48 p.m., two counts – manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance; two counts – terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury.
Robert Rogelio Martinez Sr., 42, of Cotulla, arrested Monday, April 15, 3:04 p.m., Wilson County warrant – continous violence against the family; Wilson County warrant – theft; La Salle County warrant – possession of a controlled substance; Wilson County warrant – criminal mischief; Wilson County warrant – terroristic threat of a family member; Wilson County warrant – assault causing bodily injury, family violence; interfering with emergency request; Wilson County warrant – assault causing bodily injury, family violence, impeding breath or circulation; Wilson County warrant – unlawful restraint.

Xavier Marcus Cordova, 31, of Pearsall, arrested Tuesday, August 16, 12:12 p.m., five counts, possession of child pornography.
Samantha Vanvelkinburgh, 34, of San Antonio, arrested Tuesday, April 16, 2:07 p.m., abandoning or endangering a child.
Orlin Lisandro Murillo Elis, 20, of Houston, arrested Tuesday, April 16, 3:55 p.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; two counts – smuggling of persons with a likelihood of serious bodily injury or death.
Gerardo Cerrato Rojas, 33, of San Antonio, arrested Tuesday, April 16, 9:24 p.m., theft of property.
