27 jailed in Frio, June 3 – 16

Twenty-seven individuals were arrested in Frio County between Monday, June 3, and Sunday, June 16, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.
In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:
Sebastian Flores, 32, of San Antonio, arrested Monday, June 3, 1:34 a.m., two warrants – possession of a controlled substance/probation violation.
Josalyne Kailee Rios, 34, of Devine, arrested Monday, June 3, 7:35 p.m., warrant – burglary of habitation.
Pedro Torres, 23, of Pearsall, arrested Monday, June 3, 8:34 p.m., resisting arrest, search or transport; assault.
Luis Alejandro Torres, 21, of Keller, Texas, arrested Thursday, June 6, 4:17 p.m., sentenced – 5 counts, smuggling of persons.
Elias John Salinas, 37, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, June 7, 4:28 a.m., criminal trespass; assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Deion Jay Salazar, 28, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, June 7, 5:11 p.m., two warrants – manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
Rosalinda Austin, 20, of Dilley, arrested Friday, June 7, 11:57 p.m., Jim Hogg County warrant – smuggling of persons.
Hagan West Baker, 51, of Pearsall, arrested Saturday, June 8, 2:25 p.m., Tarrant County warrant – injury to a child/elderly/disabled person with intent to commit bodily injury.
Amanda Martinez, 33, of Pearsall, arrested Monday, June 10, 11:01 p.m., motion to revoke, theft of property; warrant – accident involving damage to a vehicle; possession of marijuana.
Martin Christopher Garcia Jr., 28, of Pearsall, arrested Tuesday, June 11, 6:40 a.m., warrant – criminal mischief.
Annette Elizondo, 40, of Cotulla, arrested Tuesday, June 11, 1:43 a.m., La Salle County – assault on a public servant; La Salle County – possession of a controlled substance.
Jesus Gonzales, 39, of Derby, arrested Tuesday, June 11, 2:24 a.m., warrant – failure to appear, failure to identify giving false/fictitious information; warrant – failure to appear, resisting arrest, search or transport.
Aaron Marcel Fontanez, 38, of Bexar County, arrested Tuesday, June 11, 11:49 a.m., failure to appear – failure to identify; failure to appear, two counts – terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury.
Roberto Ramos Jr., 32, of Brownsville, arrested Wednesday, June 12, 7:39 a.m., warrant – failure to appear, driving while intoxicated; driving while intoxicated; warrant – failure to appear, reckless driving.
David Sambrano, 36, of Harlingen, arrested Wednesday, June 12, 7:52 a.m., warrant – failure to appear, assault causing bodily injury to a family member; warrant – failure to appear, violating bond/protective order.
Pablo Briseno III, 42, of Carrizo Springs, arrested Wednesday, June 12, 11:10 p.m., Dimmit County warrant – assault causing bodily injury.
Jonathon Talavera-Prado, 25, of Dilley, arrested Thursday, June 13, 1:01 a.m., warrant – theft of property; two warrants – failure to appear, possession of marijuana.
Jesus Soto Ruiz, 48, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, June 13, 3:48 p.m., warrant – failure to appear, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
Janie Garcia Loa, 47, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, June 13, 11:40 p.m., operating a vehicle without current license plate (decal); expired driver’s license; resisting arrest, search or transport.
Gumecindo Prado, 46, of Dilley, arrested Friday, June 14, 3:16 a.m., warrant – possession of a controlled substance; warrant – criminal trespass; warrant – failure to appear, evading arrest or detention.
Angel Ramirez, 46, of San Antonio, arrested Friday, June 14, 6:46 a.m., two warrants – possession of a controlled substance.
Benjamin Kumuwaina Niau Jr., 38, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, June 14, 7:45 a.m., warrant – burglary of a habitation; failure to identify as a fugitive with intent to give false information.
Katrina Elaine Moreno, 33, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, June 14, 2:30 p.m., warrant – failure to appear; possession of marijuana; warrant – failure to appear, driving while license is invalid.
Carlos Vinton Jr., 25, of Pearsall, arrested Saturday, June 15, 8:58 p.m., failure to appear – evading arrest or detention.
Jose Manual Aguilar, 31, of Pearsall, arrested Saturday, June 15, 4:17 p.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Ricardo Rios Jr., 28, of Devine, arrested Sunday, June 16, 1:01 a.m., assault on a peace officer/judge; resisting arrest, search or transport; driving while intoxicated, misdemeanor.
Noel Guadalupe Martinez, 27, of Pearsall, arrested Sunday, June 16, 1:04 a.m., possession of a controlled substance; failure to appear – criminal trespass.
