Billy Bob Barnett’s World’s Largest Honky Tonk Texas Style Chili

As provided by Billy Bob Barnett
10 lb. Chili ground meat
1 Cup Chili Powder (hot)
1 Cup Chili Powder (mild)
3/4 Cup Paprika
1/2 Cup Cumino (cumin)
1/4 Cup Garlic Powder
1/4 Cup Salt
1/8 Cup Crushed Red Chili
1 1b. Suet
3 Qts. Water
1/4 Cup Sugar (twenty min. before pulling)
Add fat first, then meat and seasoning to fat.
Add water after cooks two hours.
Cook 3 hours total
Stir Occasionally
