25 jailed in Frio, Oct. 27 – Nov. 9

COUNTY ARRESTS

Twenty-five individuals were arrested in Frio County between Monday, October 27, and Sunday, November 9, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.
In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:
Roberto Christopher Valadez, of Pearsall, 07/27/1976, arrested Monday, October 27, 2:58 p.m., warrant – child support order/order enforcing child support.
Francisco Gerardo Martinez, of Laredo, 05/29/1997, arrested Tuesday, October 28, 2:21 p.m., failure to appear – possession of a controlled substance.
Jose Ramon Ibarra, of Laredo, 08/12/1992, arrested Tuesday, October 28, 2:22 p.m., failure to appear – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; five counts – failure to appear, smuggling of persons.
Ismael Valdez Jr., of San Antonio, 01/15/1984, arrested Wednesday, October 29, 6:19 p.m., assault on a family/household member, previous conviction, if at trial.
Rene Garanzuay, of Eagle Pass, 05/24/1980, arrested Wednesday, October 29, 6:20 p.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Arthur Burney Moore, of Lytle, 07/24/1960, arrested Wednesday, October 29, 8:08 p.m., possession of a controlled substance; tampering/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.
Dwayne Flores, of Pearsall, 04/25/1973, arrested Thursday, October 30, 5:22 a.m., driving while intoxicated, third or more if at trial.
Thomas Cruz, of Pearsall, 09/10/1992, arrested Thursday, October 30, 5:08 p.m., sentenced – assault on a public servant.
Steven Ray Hernandez, of Pearsall, 10/26/1993, arrested Thursday, October 30, 9:54 p.m., public intoxication; failure to appear – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
Angel David Elizondo, of Pearsall, 03/12/1990, arrested Saturday, November 1, 12:11 a.m., two counts – evading arrest or detention; criminal trespass.
Horacio Peralta, of Pearsall, 09/22/1983, arrested Saturday, November 1, 4:27 a.m., failure to appear, criminal trespass; failure to appear, possession of marijuana.
Marvin Salinas, of Weslaco, 07/30/1995, arrested Saturday, November 1, 7:15 a.m., liquor violation, public intoxication; possession of a controlled substance.
Conrado Morales Gonzales, of Pearsall, 06/10/1990, arrested Sunday, November 2, 7:49 p.m., criminal trespass, resist arrest, search or transport; evading arrest or detention with previous conviction; criminal trespass.
Johnny Chavera Bazan Jr., of Pearsall, 10/25/1992, arrested Monday, November 3, 12:35 a.m., failure to appear, possession of marijuana; resisting arrest, search or transport.
Jose Alexander Diaz, of Houston, 11/20/2004, arrested Tuesday, November 4, 3:53 a.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Sandra Guerra, of Dilley, 10/02/1966, arrested Tuesday, November 4, 11:02 a.m., sentenced six years – manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
Magda Roman, of Dilley, 05/24/1972, arrested Thursday, November 6, 12:24 a.m., failure to identify as a fugitive from justice.
Shannan Benavidez, of Dilley, 02/29/1984, arrested Thursday, November 6, 1:00 a.m., illegal dumping.
Homero Villanueva, of Dilley, 07/17/1980, arrested Thursday, November 6, 1:17 a.m., resisting arrest, search or transport; possession of a controlled substance; liquor violation, public intoxication.
Kaniel Charles Jamison, of Hutto, 02/10/1992, arrested Friday, November 7, 9:06 a.m., possession of a controlled substance; possession of marijuana.
Alejandro Jesus Frausto, no address listed, 10/29/1990, arrested Saturday, November 8, 4:25 a.m., driving while intoxicated.
Brenda Millan, of Tomball, 02/07/1989, arrested Saturday, November 8, 12:42 p.m., 12-day commitment – smuggling of persons.
Cleopatra Aguirre, of Cotulla, 01/03/1988, arrested Saturday, November 8, 1:50 a.m., theft; warrant – assault causing bodily injury.
Roque Ramirez III, of Dilley, 04/05/1990, arrested Saturday, November 8, 2:54 p.m., deadly conduct.
