COUNTY ARRESTS
Twenty-one individuals were arrested in La Salle County over the past two weeks on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges and on warrants issued locally and in other jurisdictions.
Arrests were made by deputies of the La Salle County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and the county constabulary.
In addition to those serving commitment by order of the courts (details previously published), those taken into custody between Monday, November 10, and Sunday, Nov. 23, with arrest times logged at booking in the La Salle County Jail, were as follows:
Jesus Nieto Jr., 31, of Cotulla; arrested 2:49 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, by the Sheriff’s Office; state jail felony injury to a child, elderly or disabled person; remained in jail Monday, Nov. 24.
Anthony Comeaux II, 41, of Church Point, Louisiana; arrested 3:26 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued by La Salle County Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace for state jail felony unauthorized use of a motor vehicle; remained in jail Monday, Nov. 24.
Isabel Alexander Salas, 22, of Laredo; arrested 3:26 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, by the Sheriff’s Office; misdemeanor warrants issued by Pct. 2 JP for driving without a license and speeding, warrants issued in La Salle District Court for failure to appear in court on second-degree felony smuggling of persons while fleeing and third-degree felony smuggling of persons, and warrant issued in La Salle District Court for third-degree felony evading arrest; released after 13 days, 18 hours.
Jordan De Mont Foster, 22, of Austin; arrested 3:48 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 11, by the Sheriff’s Office; third-degree felony smuggling of persons (two counts); released on bond after three days, one hour.
Dominic Alexander Lewis Ortiz, 18, of Fulshear, Texas; arrested 9:56 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, by the Sheriff’s Office; third-degree felony smuggling of persons; released on bond after 17 hours.
Sabas Maldonado Jr., 36, of Cotulla; arrested 2:52 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class A misdemeanor unlawfully carrying a weapon (two counts), second-degree felony possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1/1b; released on bond after two days, 13 hours.
Marcela Rodriguez, 21, of Laredo; arrested 8:07 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class A misdemeanor assault causing bodily injury to a family member; released on bond after two days, nine hours.
Noe Gutierrez, 48, of Cotulla; arrested 11:43 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued by Austin Pardon & Parole Board for third-degree felony parole violation; remained in jail Monday, Nov. 24.
Maurese Leon Rayshaun Beasley, 22, of Fort Worth, Texas; arrested 12:48 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrants issued in La Salle District Court for failure to appear in court on first-degree felony aggravated assault against a public servant and failure to appear in court on Class A misdemeanor resisting arrest; remained in jail Monday, Nov. 24.
Sidney Elisavette Flores, 33, of Cotulla; arrested 8:46 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana; released on bond after 14 hours.
Jesse Anthony Aguilar, 43, of Cotulla; arrested 1:29 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class B misdemeanor criminal trespass; released on bond after nine hours.
Oscar Lona-Cabrera, 41, of Guanajuato, Mexico; arrested 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in Tarrant County for Class A misdemeanor driving while intoxicated; transferred after 18 hours.
Adolfo Fuentes Jr., 32, of San Antonio; arrested 5:05 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, by the Sheriff’s Office; third-degree felony assault on a family or household member by impeding breath or circulation, warrant issued by Pct. 2 JP for misdemeanor driving without a license; released on bond after one day, 22 hours.
Isaac Robert Inclan Jr., 48, of Cotulla; arrested 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana, state jail felony possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1/1b; released on bond after 15 hours.
Andres Garcia, 21, of Laredo; arrested 10:17 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, by the Pct. 2 Constable’s Office; warrant issued by Pct. 1 JP for misdemeanor violating a promise to appear in court; released on bond after 21 hours.
Giovanni Hernandez-Luna, 30, of Dallas; arrested 10:16 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, by the Texas DPS; Class A misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 3; released on bond after six hours.
Zabrina Cervantes Flores, 39, of Cotulla; arrested 11:34 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrants issued in La Salle District Court for failure to appear in court on third-degree felony tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and on third-degree felony possession of prohibited substance or item in a correctional facility; remained in jail Monday, Nov. 24.
Carlos Enrique Perales, 44, of Cotulla; arrested 8:28 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrants issued by Pct. 1 JP for Class B misdemeanor criminal trespass and state jail felony burglary of a habitation; remained in jail Monday, Nov. 24.
Pedro Damien Menchaca, 22, of Rio Bravo, Texas; arrested 12:19 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, by the Texas DPS; Class A misdemeanor unlawfully carrying a weapon, Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana, state jail felony possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2; released on bond after 11 hours.
John Alden Fiesenhahn, 22, of Cotulla; arrested 12:46 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, by the Texas DPS; Class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated; released on bond after seven hours.
Suzanne Marrie Moore, 42, of Cotulla; arrested 9:15 p.m. Friday, Nov. 21, by the Sheriff’s Office; state jail felony possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2, Class A misdemeanor unlawfully carrying a weapon; released on bond after 13 hours.
