MARIACHI BAND

MARIACHI BAND students from Cotulla High School (Photo above) traveled to San Antonio on Friday, February 6, to compete in the annual University Interscholastic League Mariachi Region Evaluation at Holmes High School and earned a Division I rating of ‘Superior’ for their performance in front of a judging panel. The ranking earns them advancement to the UIL State Mariachi Festival at Seguin on Thursday, Feb. 19, where the ensemble will perform for judges at 4:45 p.m.
