ALL-STATE HONORS

Pearsall High School senior and three time All-State qualifier Steven Herrera has been awarded a $500 scholarship as a three-year all-state member of the Texas Association of Small School Bands. Herrera recently earned sixth chair on trumpet at the ATSSB state event and performed with the All State Band in a public concert on Saturday, February 14, at the Lila Cockrell Theater during the annual convention of the Texas Music Educators’ Association.
