Hands to Larger Service

Pearsall 4-H members have been busy over the last few weeks in the community. President Derek Rodriguez, Vice President Mike Jasso, and Sweetheart Yuli Valdez volunteered at the local food bank on August 28, helping distribute food. On September 2, Pearsall 4H members and Clovers were present at the Frio County Pond ribbon-cutting, where they handed out popcorn, pickles, and over 200 snow cones to the community. The 4-H Clover meeting was also held at the pond, featuring an outdoor painting activity and a walk along the new walking trail. Pearsall 4-H members then partnered with the Frio County 4-H Claybusters to assist with the city of Pearsall Linemen appreciation dinner, providing food service.
