Lest we forget

The US armed forces were honored this week in a variety of ceremonies and celebrations as part of Veterans Day, November 11, and in a special tribute along IH-35 on Monday, in which volunteers marched from Pearsall to Derby and back bearing the Stars and Stripes and the flag of the US Marine Corps in a simultaneous recognition of its 250th birthday.
