They lived the first 25 years of their marriage in Pearsall and after a few short stops, finally reached their destination at Lake Coleto. Eddie loved fresh water fishing, and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was always the one responsible for the “family fish fry at the annual Toalson family reunion.
Eddie became interested in, and was deeply touched by the Wounded Warriors annual fishing trip out of Port O’Connor several years ago. He and his dear friend, Ronnie Burden participated in taking wounded service men on the annual fishing trip for 3-4 years. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warriors Weekend, Hospice of South Texas Victoria, MD Anderson, or donations of your choice in Eddie’s memory would be deeply appreciated.
