Pair in jail on drug charges after traffic stop

An early morning traffic stop in a west-side neighborhood on Sunday, December 3, led to the arrest of two Pearsall men for possession of methamphetamine.

Patrolling officers effected a traffic stop after they noticed the driver of a grey sedan disregarding a stop sign, according to a report on the case. The driver, identified as 34-year-old Keith Lanning, drove to the next intersection before stopping his car on private property, the report noted.
