CEREMONY

CEREMONY of ribbon-cutting and official inauguration of the new Cotulla City Hall, 3 p.m. Friday, February 11, at the corner of Main and Carrizo streets downtown will include guest speaker US Congressman Tony Gonzales. The public is invited to tour the building and view bronzes and paintings by Armando Hinojosa.
