COMMUNITY OUTREACH of South Texas, based in Cotulla, will hold a planning meeting open to the public at 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 16, at Archy’s Homestyle Burgers on the IH-35 access road to discuss refurbishing its property on Poole Street, establishing local assistance services, youth programs, animal rescue, and fundraising Bingo. The non-profit group is the former Boys’ & Girls’ Club of Cotulla.
