The Moore Community Improvement Club will be holding its third annual Be the Light Holiday Decorating Contest.

There club will also host a Moore Christmas Potluck and Toy Drive event on Saturday, December 17 at the Community Center from 5 to 9 p.m. Visitors are asked to bring an unwrapped toy or children’s book and any favorite dish to share a meal with neighbors. Door prizes and a Christmas Light hay ride will be available this year.
“It will be great opportunity to cast your vote for this year’s people’s choice light entries from our Be The Light Holiday Contest,” MCIC representative Shelley Delgado said. “I hear Santa may be making an appearance as well. Hope to see you there.”
The Community Center is available for rent this holiday season and there are still a few weekends open. Call Claudia at (830) 267-0322 to reserve a date and place a deposit.
