COUNTY ARRESTS
Fifty-eight individuals were arrested in Frio County between Friday, February 23, and Saturday, March 17, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.
In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:
James Justin Sanders, 38, of Pueblo, Colorado, arrested Friday, February 23, 11:13 p.m., possession of marijuana.
Alexa Justine Martinez, 17, of Pearsall, arrested Saturday, February 24, 1:46 a.m., health and safety violation.
Jasmeine Vivian Martin, 30, of Pearsall, arrested Saturday, February 24, 9:58 p.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member; injury to a child/elderly/disabled person causing reckless bodily injury.
Veronica Canales, 37, of Dilley, arrested Saturday, February 24, 11:38 p.m., Atascosa County warrant – theft of property.
Angel Munoz, 19, of Laredo, arrested Sunday, February 25, 5:08 a.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Luis Ely Trevino Jr., 40, of Pearsall, arrested Sunday, February 25, 7:22 a.m., two counts – failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance.
Ernesto Rodriguez, 19, of Pearsall, arrested Monday, February 25, 6:10 p.m., burglary of a building.
Derrick Warren Garris, 36, of Pearsall, arrested Sunday, February 25, 7:26 p.m., possession of a controlled substance; theft of property; failure to identify giving false or ficticious information.
Justine Josie Torres, 27, of Crystal City, arrested Monday, February 26, 3:17 p.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Reynaldo Ramirez Jr., 37, of Dilley, arrested Monday, February 26, 9:47 p.m., two counts – organized retail theft; theft of property.
Oscar Trevino Jr., 48, of Dilley, arrested Monday, February 26, 11:04 p.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Chase Raymond Stremcha, 33, of Aransas Pass, arrested Tuesday, February 27, 11:42 a.m., five counts, smuggling of persons.
Juan Ernesto Castro, 30, of Dilley, arrested Tuesday, February 27, 2:38 p.m., three counts – deadly conduct; abandoning or endangering a child or elderly individual.
Kaela Kathleen Aldaco, 33, of Dilley, arrested Wednesday, February 28, 1:11 a.m., failure to appear – cash bond; failure to appear – fine of $322.
Clint Austin Smart, 40, of Pearsall, arrested Wednesday, February 28, 1:27 a.m., liquor violation.
Pedro H. Torres, 22, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, February 29, 2:36 a.m., burglary of habitation.
Jerimiah Sambrano, 34, of Dilley, arrested Thursday, February 29, 8:53 a.m., warrant – tampering/fabricating physical evidence with the intent to impair; warrant, parole violation – possession of marijuana.
Crystal Denise Murray, 45, of Coldspring Texas, arrested Thursday, February 29, 4:19 p.m., four counts, smuggling of persons.
Zakary Antony Falcon, 35, of San Antonio, arrested Thursday, February 29, 9:36 p.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; Bexar County – unlawful possession of metal or body armor; failure to identify giving false/fictitious information; unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Jacey William Sherman, 22, of Seguin, arrested Friday, March 1, 1:03 a.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Alexis Marie Perez, 38, of San Antonio, arrested Friday, March 1, 6:30 a.m., four counts, possession of marijuana.
Antonio Garcia, 68, of Cotulla, arrested Friday, March 1, 10:29 a.m., criminal trespass.
David Angel Elizondo, 34, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, March 1, 3:57 p.m., blue warrant.
Alexis Andres Arellano Hernandez, 20, of Elmendorf, arrested Friday, March 1, 7:04 p.m., warrant – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle – committment.
Aurora Molina, 34, of Dilley, arrested Saturday, March 2, 1:22 a.m., driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age.
Audrey Martinez, 36, of Dilley, arrested Saturday, March 2, 8:34 p.m., assault causes bodily injury to a family member.
Victor Alfonso Garcia, 30, of Cotulla, arrested Sunday, March 3, 6:38 a.m., public intoxication/liquor violation.
Nadia Macias, 34, of Pearsall, arrested Monday, March 4, 6:57 p.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Luciano Morales Jr., 52, of Pearsall, arrested Tuesday, March 5, 11:00 a.m., terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury.
Derik Brown, 39, of Devine, arrested Tuesday, March 5, 4:40 p.m., warrant – failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance; warrant – possession of marijuana.
Mateo Hernandez-Montes, 26, of Laredo, arrested Wednesday, March 6, 12:01 a.m., Webb County – unauthorized use of a vehicle.
George Molina, 37, of Dilley, arrested Wednesday, March 6, 6:17 p.m., assault causing bodily injury.
Eduardo Estrada Rubi, 36, of Pearsall, arrested Wednesday, March 6, 8:47 p.m., warrant – violating protective order with bias/prejudice; warrant – interfering with emergency request for assistance; warrant – assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Elias Torres III, 52, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, March 7, 7:28 a.m., driving while intoxicated.
Johnny Joe Sendejo, 49, of Lubbock, arrested Thursday, March 7, 4:25 p.m., manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance.
Ismael Valdez Jr., 40, of San Antonio, arrested Thursday, March 7, 6:15 p.m., warrant – failure to appear, assault on a family/household member with previous conviction.
Ricardo Jose Avila, 43, of Carrizo Springs, arrested Friday, March 8, 2:00 a.m., warrant – parole violation, possession of a controlled substance.
Juan Jose Elizondo, 26, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, March 8, 9:24 a.m., warrant – harassment.

Malachi Baucham, 18, of San Antonio, arrested Monday, March 11, 4:54 a.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; three counts, smuggling of persons; possession of marijuana.
Sharon Ann Ponce, 37, of Pearsall, arrested Monday, March 11, 2:00 p.m., bench warrant – possession of a controlled substance.
Gabrielle Blasa Carrillo, 29, of Pearsall, arrested Monday, March 11, 2:26 p.m., theft of property.
Jesus Suarez, 22, of Dallas, arrested Tuesday, March 12, 2:29 a.m., four indictments, smuggling of persons; indictment – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
Blake Wilson Harvey, 40, of Bigfoot, arrested Wednesday, March 13, 1:14 p.m., bench warrant – assault on a family member with previous conviction.
Jose Manuel Lara II, 32, of Devine, arrested Wednesday, March 13, 6:30 p.m., warrant – failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance.
Robert Andrew Rodriguez, 24, of Dilley, arrested Thursday, March 14, 12:00 a.m., warrant – evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
Steven Renee Brooks, 33, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, March 14, 2:48 a.m., motion to revoke bond, Uvalde County, probation violation – two counts, possession of a controlled substance.
Isaac Solis Jr., 23, of Devine, arrested Thursday, March 14, 10:16 a.m., warrant – probation violation, possession of marijuana.
Richard Anthony Rodriguez, 32, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, March 15, 1:08 a.m., aggravated assault on a date/family or household member; probation violation – criminal mischief.
Marisa Peralta, 40, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, March 15, 1:40 a.m., possession of marijuana; possession of a controlled substance.
Joshua Raul Martinez, 29, of Dilley, arrested Friday, March 15, 9:45 a.m., failure to appear – assault causing bodily injury.
David Ryan Sames, 28, of Laredo, arrested Friday, March 15, 6:37 p.m., possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance; unlawfully carrying a weapon.
Estrellita Falcon, 41, of Campwood, arrested Friday, March 15, 8:28 p.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle; prohibited substances and items in correctional facility or civil commitment facility.
Adam Ace Martinez, 29, of Dilley, arrested Sunday, March 17, 3:04 a.m., driving while intoxicated.
John Torres, 53, of Pearsall, arrested Sunday, March 17, 11:45 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Kaiden Laine Kahlig, 19, of Dilley, arrested Sunday, March 17, 1:07 p.m., driving while intoxicated.
