Epolito G. Carrizales, 88, of Pearsall died on May 22, 2024 at his home. He was born on February 17, 1936 in Pearsall to Andres Carrizales and Susana Garza Carrizales.

He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings Margarita Carrizales, Nestora Garcia, Carmen Chavera and Domingo Carrizales.

Carrizales is survived by his wife Dominga Rios Carrizales, children Susana Carrizales Garcia (Apolinar), Ysabel C. Vinton (Rene) and Paul R. Carrizales Jr. (Christina) and brother Andres Carrizales Jr. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24 at Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels from 3 to 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Gravesite services were held on Saturday, May 25 at the Pearsall Cemetery at 10 a.m.

Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Trevino Royal Oaks Funeral Chapels, Pearsall.
