31 jailed in Frio, October 7 – 20
Thirty-one individuals were arrested in Frio County between Monday, October 7, and Sunday, October 20, on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges.
Arrests were made by deputies of the Frio County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, and officers of the Pearsall Police Department.
In addition to those being held on warrants issued in other jurisdictions, suspects taken into custody with arrest times logged at booking in the Frio County Jail were as follows:
Johnny Albert Gutierrez, 45, of Pearsall, arrested Monday, October 7, 12:11 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Conrado Morales Gonzales, 34, of Pearsall, arrested Monday, October 7, 3:41 a.m., failure to appear – criminal trespass.
Jennifer Rodriguez, 45, of Pearsall, arrested Monday, October 7, 3:57 p.m., failure to appear – criminal trespass.
Ryan Agustine Quezada, 19, of San Antonio, arrested Tuesday, October 8, 9:12 a.m., public intoxication.
Javier Martinez-Garcia, 25, of Pearsall, arrested Tuesday, October 8, 11:50 a.m., reckless driving.
Jacob Dean Trevino, 31, of Pearsall, arrested Tuesday, October 8, 6:28 p.m., four counts – violating bond or protective order two or more times within 12 months.
David Michael Langley, 45, of Pearsall, arrested Wednesday, October 9, 5:00 a.m., criminal trespass; failure to appear – criminal trespass.
Patricia Garza Canales, 52, of Dilley, arrested Wednesday, October 9, 12:33 p.m., driving while intoxicated.
Jerrica Lee Trevino, 31, of Dilley, arrested Wednesday, October 9, 8:22 p.m., resisting arrest, search or transport; criminal trespass.
Ricky Ricardo Rada, 17, no address listed, arrested Wednesday, October 9, 10:10 p.m., five counts – smuggling of persons.
Juan Manuel Trevino, 43, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, October 10, 1:51 a.m., warrant – possession of a controlled substance; warrant – possession of marijuana.
Julio Cesar Llamas Soto, 31, no address listed, arrested Thursday, October 10, 3:58 a.m., driving while intoxicated.
Joe Robert Garcia, 41, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, October 10, 5:18 a.m., warrant – failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance; possession of marijuana.
Augustin Jaime Mendoza, 29, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, October 10, 11:38 p.m., duty on striking unattended vehicle.
Jerry Allen Marquez, 37, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, October 11, 4:24 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Gabrielle Blasa Carrillo, 30, of Pearsall, arrested Friday, October 11, 8:50 p.m., failure to appear – theft of property.
Michael Anthony Perez, 39, of Carrizo Springs, arrested Saturday, October 12, 4:14 a.m., driving while intoxicated.
Luis Harreola, 52, of Aurora, Colorado, arrested Saturday, October 12, 4:56 p.m., two counts – assault against an elderly or disabled individual; two counts – injury to a child/elderly/disabled person with reckless bodily injury.
Robert Santos Jr., 31, of Pearsall, arrested Saturday, October 12, 7:26 p.m., deadly conduct, discharging a firearm.
Jordea Patterson, 38, of Shreveport, Louisiana, arrested Sunday, October 13, 11:50 a.m., assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Angel Ramirez, 47, of Pearsall, arrested Sunday, October 13, 11:59 p.m., interfering with emergency request for assistance; criminal trespass.
Jeremy J. Teneyuca, 33, of Dilley, arrested Monday, October 14, 1:42 p.m., possession of marijuana.
Jonathan James Aguirre, 24, of Pearsall, arrested Tuesday, October 15, 2:49 a.m., evading arrest; theft of property.
Maria Isabel Mata, 36, of Pearsall, arrested Tuesday, October 15, 7:31 a.m., warrant – failure to appear,
terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury.
Johnathan David Mack, 25, of San Antonio, arrested Wednesday, October 16, 10:15 a.m., unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Jakelyn Guadalupe Montemayor, 24, of Laredo, arrested Wednesday, October 16, 10:34 a.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
Jose Hernandez Jr., 29, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, October 17, 9:04 a.m., motion to revoke probation – indecency with a child – exposes.
Kimberlyn Benavides, 28, of Pearsall, arrested Thursday, October 17, 9:24 a.m., burglary of a habitation.
Greg Anthony Carrillo, 26, of Pearsall, arrested Saturday, October 19, 10:08 p.m., violating bond or protective order.
Jose Enrique Mares-Orozco, 29, of Pearsall, arrested Sunday, October 20, 2:22 a.m., possession of a controlled substance; unlawfully carrying a weapon.
Christobal Trevino, 22, of Crystal City, arrested Sunday, October 20, 9:44 a.m., evading arrest or detention with a vehicle; driving while intoxicated.
21 jailed in La Salle, October 14 – 27
Twenty-one individuals were arrested in La Salle County over a two-week period in October on a range of felony and misdemeanor charges and on warrants issued locally and in other jurisdictions.
Arrests were made by deputies of the La Salle County Sheriff’s Office, troopers of the Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, officers of the Encinal Police Department, and by the La Salle County constabulary.
In addition to those serving commitment by order of the courts (details previously published), those taken into custody between Monday, Oct. 14, and Sunday, Oct. 27, with arrest times logged at booking in the La Salle County Jail, were as follows:
Christopher Wayne Roberts, 34, of Cotulla; arrested 12:03 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class B misdemeanor possession of marijuana; released on bond after nine hours.
Stella S. Garcia, 34, of San Antonio; arrested 8:46 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, by the Encinal PD; third-degree felony smuggling of persons (seven counts); released on bond after two days, 19 hours.
Rene Purata Jr., 18, of Laredo; arrested 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, by the Sheriff’s Office; third-degree felony evading arrest with a vehicle, second-degree felony smuggling of persons while fleeing (five counts), second-degree felony smuggling of persons under age 18 (two counts); released on bond after three days, 21 hours.
Daniel Reyes-Campos, 27, of Anahuac, Mexico; arrested 9:10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, by the Encinal PD; state jail felony evading arrest with a vehicle; released on bond after 15 hours.
Isaac De Los Santos Jr., 35, of Cotulla; arrested 7:02 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in La Salle District Court for third-degree felony probation revocation; court-ordered release after three days, eight hours.
Crispin Bernal Jr., 35, of Laredo; arrested 2:36 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued by La Salle County Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace for misdemeanor violating a promise to appear in court; released on bond after 21 hours.
Rosa Maria Cruz, 40, of Cotulla; arrested 9:20 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class A misdemeanor violating a bond or protective order, Class A misdemeanor evading arrest; released on bond after 16 hours.
Armando Portillo, 36, of Laredo; arrested 1:23 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, by the Texas DPS; warrant issued by the US Drug Enforcement Administration superseding indictment; released after two days, 13 hours.
Magda Lopez, 23, of Cotulla; arrested 2:58 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, by the Sheriff’s Office; misdemeanor disorderly conduct; released on bond after ten hours.
David Garza Melendrez, 57, of Cotulla; arrested 2:41 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrants issued in Bexar County for felony violating a bond or protective order (two counts); transferred after one day, eight hours.
Jesus Hector Esquivel, 51, of Laredo; arrested 5:40 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in La Salle District Court for state jail felony unauthorized use of a vehicle; transferred after two days, 15 hours.
Alexandria Corinna Vasquez, 34, of Corpus Christi Texas; arrested 10:35 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued by Austin Parole Division for felony parole violation; remained in jail Monday, Oct. 28.
Alejandro Castor, 64, of Dilley; arrested 1:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21, by the Texas DPS; third-degree felony driving while intoxicated (third or more offense); released on bond after two days, 13 hours.
Jorge Zertuche Jr., 18, of Cotulla; arrested 1:54 a.m. Monday, Oct. 21, by the Sheriff’s Office; Class A misdemeanor violating a bond or protective order; released on bond after 13 hours.
Sandra Isabel Garcia-Martinez, 38, of Del Valle, Texas; arrested 7:28 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21, by the Pct. 2 Constable’s Office; warrant issued by Pct. 2 JP for misdemeanor driving with an expired license; released on bond after 14 hours.
Augustine Darnell, 43, of Cotulla; arrested 2:33 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 23, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued by Austin Parole Division for first-degree felony parole violation; released after eight hours.
Gilbert Israel Lara, 53, of Gardendale; arrested 1:08 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, by the Texas DPS; warrant issued in La Salle County Court for failure to appear in court on a Class B misdemeanor marijuana possession charge, warrant issued in Medina County for misdemeanor probation violation; remained in jail Monday, Oct. 28.
Isaias Garcia, 28, of Houston; arrested 5:55 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, by the Encinal PD; second-degree felony smuggling of persons while fleeing (two counts), third-degree felony evading arrest with a vehicle; remained in jail Monday, Oct. 28.
Omar Isaac Vargas, 19, of Zapata, Texas; arrested 5:47 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, by the Texas DPS; state jail felony possession of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 2; released on bond after 18 hours.
Ruben Hernandez Jr., 19, of San Antonio; arrested 4:43 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, by the Sheriff’s Office; third-degree felony smuggling of persons (four counts), Class A misdemeanor evading arrest; remained in jail Monday, Oct. 28.
Isaiah Matthew Gonzales, 21, of Mason, Texas; arrested 8:32 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 27, by the Sheriff’s Office; warrant issued in Tom Green County for bond revocation on a Class A misdemeanor charge of evading arrest; remained in jail Monday, Oct. 28.
